One-Arm Gripping Dumbell Squats...KILLER Full-Range Leg Training

One-Arm Gripping Dumbell Squats...KILLER Full-Range Leg Training: "This is a great way to get a HUGE range of motion on a squat exercise while keeping your torso in a very upright and neutral position.

When doing squat exercises freestanding, you have to compensate for the position of the weight by basically being less vertical, which puts load onto the back."

I was rummaging through my copy of the Renegade Diet today
and came across something pretty cool in page 11 I thought I'd
share with you.

How to Fix Low Testosterone Levels
  • Eat only organic foods.
  • Avoid all fake and processed foods.
  • Eat raw organic nuts. Almonds are best.
  • Eat an adequate amount of Omega 3 fats.
  • Eat healthy, saturated fats like grass fed beef & coconut oil.
  • Perform high intensity strength training like weight lifting or
    sprinting, 3-6 times per week.

  • Avoid traditional forms of cardio as they have been shown
to increase cortisol and thus lower testosterone.

  • Limit your workouts to 45-60 minutes.
  • Get 20-minutes of sunlight per day to boost your Vitamin D levels.
  • Have sex more often.  At least three times per week should be
    the goal.

  • Compete in something.
  • Get 8-9 hours of sleep per night.
  • Minimize stress.
=============
You may be asking yourself why you'd want to increase your testosterone...
Well testosterone is the male sex hormone which is responsible for building
muscle, burning fat and (making sure your equipment functions :)
Today almost everyone has lower T levels then they should.  It's true the
average male today has much lower testosterone than the average male from
50-years ago.

Having high testosterone is a sign of vitality, strength and power.

Plus it's absolutely essential for Losing Fat & Gaining Muscle Simultaneously
which is addressed in Jay Ferruggia's Renegade Diet.

The list I gave you today might be a bit overwhelming, but try to implement
just a few of the suggestions and you should feel a big change.

Keep training hard,

Mike

The ULTIMATE Beach Body Exercise...Back-Off-Bench Dumbell Press to hit your chest, arms and abs in one shot!: "The bench press...a key movement for your chest that, ironically enough for some people, doesn't even work their chest all that well!

THIS version of the dumbell bench press is going to force continuous tension on your chest while placing TREMENDOUS tension on the abdominals as well... (you'll see why in a second)."
