I was rummaging through my copy of the Renegade Diet today
and came across something pretty cool in page 11 I thought I'd
share with you.
How to Fix Low Testosterone Levels
- Eat only organic foods.
- Avoid all fake and processed foods.
- Eat raw organic nuts. Almonds are best.
- Eat an adequate amount of Omega 3 fats.
- Eat healthy, saturated fats like grass fed beef & coconut oil.
- Perform high intensity strength training like weight lifting or
sprinting, 3-6 times per week. - Avoid traditional forms of cardio as they have been shown
to increase cortisol and thus lower testosterone. - Limit your workouts to 45-60 minutes.
- Get 20-minutes of sunlight per day to boost your Vitamin D levels.
- Have sex more often. At least three times per week should be
the goal. - Compete in something.
- Get 8-9 hours of sleep per night.
- Minimize stress.

Today almost everyone has lower T levels then they should. It's true the
average male today has much lower testosterone than the average male from
50-years ago.
Having high testosterone is a sign of vitality, strength and power.
Plus it's absolutely essential for Losing Fat & Gaining Muscle Simultaneously
which is addressed in Jay Ferruggia's Renegade Diet.
The list I gave you today might be a bit overwhelming, but try to implement
just a few of the suggestions and you should feel a big change.
Keep training hard,
Mike
