How to build muscle at home? (no gym access) : Fitness: " I'm looking to build muscle this year but don't have access to a gym. I've read some good guides to building muscle, but they all involve machines and weights at a gym. Btw I'm in decent shape, just really skinny.
Does anyone have any tips for working out at home? What should I do/use to work out certain muscles? Should I buy some dumbbells? Some sort of machine? How effective are push-ups/pull-ups for building muscle? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!"
