Sled Work 13/10/11 - Joey - Reservoir Dad: "Basically the same as my last sled workout. I pushed myself a lot harder and completed everything a lot quicker trying not to rest for as long between sets. All trips were approx 30mt and I did them with a 15 kg cylinder on my back.
