Men's Health - Power Training - Rotational Core - Barbell Torque

Men's Health - Power Training - Rotational Core - Barbell Torque: Place an Olympic bar in a wall corner. Place a towel in the corner to avoid damaging the walls or the bar. Place a weight (you may not need to add any weight when first attempting this exercise) on the end of the bar and hold it up at arm's length.
